FCP, a real estate company based in Atlanta, has sold the River Crossing at Roswell to Ashcroft Capital. This 312 unit multifamily property was last sold in 2016 when Marquis Investments bought it for $29.5 million, with the transaction financed by a $26.9 million CMBS loan. The complex is comprised of 22 two-story buildings with a private pond, extensive wooded area, and lakeside clubhouse. Amenities at the community include a pool, playground, and picnic area.

City Walk Apartments

Located near downtown Roswell, Georgia, City Walk Apartments offer innovative floor plans with exceptional amenities. In addition to being within walking distance to Roswell’s famous Canton Street, residents can enjoy dining and shopping at several nearby restaurants. The Crest at Riverside apartment community Commerce Group in Roswell, Georgia, has completed a $71.3 million acquisition loan from New York-based Eastern Union. The loan was arranged through Arbor Realty on behalf of the buyer, MSC Properties. The loan was 81% loan-to-cost, and the buyer is paying only interest. The community features two swimming pools, a fitness center, grills, and a dog park. At the time of sale, it was 96% occupied.

In a recent apartment transaction, FCP sold River Crossing at Roswell to Ashcroft Capital. The 312-unit property was purchased by FCP for an undisclosed amount in 2016. Since then, the property has undergone $5.5 million in improvements. CBRE represented the seller and arranged the deal. The property was previously known as River Trace Apartments and is located in Roswell, Georgia. The apartment complex has a private pond, a lakeside clubhouse, gym, playground, and picnic area.

River Trace will be rebranded as Elliot Roswell Apartments

The FCP has sold the River Crossing at Roswell, a 312 unit multifamily property. The sale was completed in August, and Ashcroft Capital will handle the leasing and management of the property. The multifamily property was originally acquired by FCP in 2016 as River Trace Apartments, and underwent $5.5 million in improvements. It will be rebranded as Elliot Roswell Apartments.
