This 312 unit multifamily property was last sold in 2016 when Marquis Investments bought it for $29.5 million, with the transaction financed by a $26.9 million CMBS loan. The complex is comprised of 22 two-story buildings with a private pond, extensive wooded area, and lakeside clubhouse. Amenities at the community include a pool, playground, and picnic area.
City Walk Apartments

The loan was arranged through Arbor Realty on behalf of the buyer, MSC Properties. The loan was 81% loan-to-cost, and the buyer is paying only interest. The community features two swimming pools, a fitness center, grills, and a dog park. At the time of sale, it was 96% occupied.
